"What started out a simple faucet/sink replacement turned into
a call to Kennedy Plumbing. I Managed the faucet/sink
replacement fine, but when I turned the water supply back on,
water was spraying everywhere from the hot water valve under
the sink. Turned the water off, and checked Angie's List for a
plumber. I decided on Kennedy Plumbing after reading the
reviews and placed the call at 9:30 am. They happened to have
an opening at 12 noon. Mike arrived at, if not before noon,
and promptly repaired the leak. He also explained what
happens in older homes (30 years old) when the water is shut
off and back on. Even showed me how to repair it myself the
next time it may occur. There were no parts needed and he
tightened some of the connections on my faucet replacement!!
Total time on scene was about 40 minutes and then he gave $25
off due to a special they were running this month (something
he didn't have to do, as I knew nothing about it!). So, my
total repair/home repair lesson was only $90." (Angie's

regarding the excellent service I recently received by your
staff. No one likes to have a plumbing problem least of all
around the holidays but this is what happened to my family
last week.
On the night before Thanksgiving,
my wife and I heard the sound of water rushing. Upon looking
in the crawl space, we saw water coming from the seam around
the service line where the cement flooring meets the
foundation. I immediately called your office at around 9:00
PM and spoke with Cliff, who demonstrated a great deal of
patience while I explained the problem. Cliff and I spent a
significant amount of time on the phone discussing the problem
and coming up with a solution which I could live with. Cliff
additionally made thoughtful suggestions on how my family
could get by until he could come out on the day after
Thanksgiving to further assess the problem.
Cliff was at my house early on the day after as promised and
wasted little time addressing the problem. He summoned your
estimator, Roy, who immediately began the process of arranging
to take care of the problem as soon as possible. In talking
with both men, I was struck by their knowledge and put at ease
by their genuineness.
I was further
thoroughly impressed by Jorge, who actually performed the work
today along with his apprentice Lars. Jorge patiently
answered my many questions and calmly explained to me what he
was doing all along the way, reassuring me that we would not
have to wait another day to get our water back. He was
right! During the whole process, I was struck by Jorge's
professionalism, outing work effort, and by the fine quality
of his work.
I am glad I called Kennedy
Plumbing to fix our problem and thankful to the high quality
of your personnel which made this ordeal much more
manageable. I will not hesitate to call upon your company in
the future for my plumbing needs and will confidently
recommend your outfit to my friends and neighbors."

LOVE LOVE this company!!! First of all let me say that I am a
stickler for good service and I am willing to pay more for
it. I think that having a carefree experience with a company
that you can trust FAR supersedes the sweetness of a lower
price when the bitter taste of bad service is what you are
left with. I called the company after another plumbing
company installed a newer faucet in my 1907 home. I
immediately noticed a decrease in water pressure after the
other plumber installed the faucet, he came back once, charged
us and still didn't fix the problem. I waited in fear
thinking all of the galvanized pipes needed to be replaced to
resolve the problem. I finally called Kennedy when i was
filling my soup pot in the bathtub instead of the kitchen sink
and was surprised to hear someone could come out the next
day. This company does charge a mileage fee if you are not in
their service area but i was told this before the appointment
was scheduled and it seemed very reasonable considering gas
prices. The next morning Joel called to let me know he was on
his way, he called because he thought he was going to be
running behind, he was on time though and how refreshing it
was to at least know that he had not forgotten about me.
After a bit over an hour Joel brought me to the sink and
Voila, GREAT water pressure. He fixed what the other plumber
couldn't and it didn't involve new pipes! He informed me of a
few things to get on the honey do list in the future that were
very helpful and appreciated, I like to plan home improvement
projects if possible. When we do decide to get new pipes and
water heater I will call Kennedy!
